Bobby is broker in charge and owner of Honeycutt Realty Services. He is a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, the WNC Regional Multiple Listing Service and a member of the NC Realtors Association.

Bobby became a licensed realtor in 1998 and has been working since that time to grow Honeycutt Realty Services and assist people of Western North Carolina in finding the home of their dreams. His experience also includes Home Inspections licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina and licensure as a General Contractor in North Carolina. These experiences are not typical of most real estate agents or brokers, yet they allow him to provide you with invaluable insights.

Lisa is co-owner of Honeycutt Realty Services and assists with the day-to day operations of the business. She is a state licensed residential real estate appraiser.









Kimberly Burchfield, Broker

I am a native of Asheville, North Carolina. I have seen a tremendous amount of changes over the past 10-15 years. I have been employed full-time as a Senior Paralegal for the Van Winkle Law Firm for the past 6 years. I obtained my real estate license in 2004. I have always enjoyed real estate auctions and touring Parade of Homes. I have also had a great fondness for the older and historic homes in our area and in other states. Due to remodeling my home for the past 4 years I have gained a vast knowledge of structural design and differing aspects of interior design as well as the permit requirements in the City of Asheville. I have extensive contacts in the contracting industry to include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Having worked with my family in the rental property market, I have gained invaluable knowledge as to those properties that hold promise and/or potential for my clients.
